SHUT-OFF Valve

The SHUT-OFF Valve is a mechanical flow switch designed to ensure immediate and safe control of air flow in low-pressure lines.

Positioned directly between the LP hose coming from the first stage and the second-stage regulator, it allows for instant interruption of the air flow with a simple gesture. It is the ideal accessory to block accidental continuous free-flows, preventing the rapid loss of breathable gas supply during a dive.

Key Features:

• Rapid Delrin Actuation: Equipped with a robust Delrin knob (a plastic material with very high mechanical strength and hydrophobicity) that activates with a slight lateral movement, ensuring a clean closure even when wearing thick or dry gloves.
• Continuous Flow Prevention: Eliminates the risk of rapid tank depletion in case of second-stage freezing, continuous free-flow on the surface, or internal valve malfunctions.
• Wide Versatility of Use: Particularly appreciated in Rebreather (CCR) systems for isolating the loop or manual addition valves (MAV), but widely used in both technical (phase/stage tanks) and recreational diving.
• Universal LP Compatibility: Equipped with standard 9/16" UNF male and female threads, compatible with all second stages and LP hoses on the market.
