Octopus Set – 1st Stage V1 ICE + 2nd Stage TEC2

Elite balanced diaphragm recreational configuration with patented asymmetrical design, ideal for pure single-tank setups and extreme cold water diving. Includes V1 ICE first stage with dry chamber, two latest generation TEC2 second stages with DFS technology, compact pressure gauge, and carrying bag.

The Tecline V1 TEC2 OCTO + SPG Regulator Set, available at DIR-STORE, represents the ultimate in breathing comfort and geometric ergonomics for those who primarily dive in a single-tank configuration. The heart of this premium kit is the renowned V1 ICE first stage, featuring an exclusive asymmetrical structure that allows the hoses to run perfectly parallel to the tank, eliminating hose crosses and any tension on the diver's mouth. Certified for the most severe arctic conditions, this set works in synergy with the superior performance of the latest generation TEC2 second stages to offer a smooth, ultra-comfortable, and effortless diving experience, even under ice.

Technical Features:

V1 ICE First Stage (Asymmetrical Geometry and Under-Ice Protection): Constructed from solid chrome-plated marine brass, the V1 ICE utilizes a balanced diaphragm mechanism assisted by a sealed dry chamber (Dry Chamber). Its inclined asymmetrical design is specifically structured to offer an ideal and extremely clean hose routing on a single tank. Certified according to the rigorous European standard EN250A for cold water, it is highly recommended for extreme dives, including those under ice. It offers a pre-oriented outlet layout (DIN 300 bar connection).

Dual TEC2 Second Stage (DFS Technology and Ultra-Comfort): The pneumatically balanced TEC2 second stages implement the innovative Direct Flow System (DFS). This special architecture optimizes the internal fluid dynamics of the gas, drastically reducing the overall work of breathing (WOB) at any depth and offering incredibly smooth and natural breathing.

Mechanical Shielding and Protection: The structural polymer casing of the second stage is shielded at the front by a solid stainless steel ring to resist strong stresses and accidental impacts. The internal metal parts benefit from a protective non-stick Teflon coating to maximize component longevity.

Flow Control and Adjustments: Both second stages feature a lever for manual adjustment of the Venturi effect, essential for preventing accidental free-flow of the regulator when not in use (such as an octopus on the neck). They also include an external micrometric knob to calibrate the initial breathing effort.

High Visibility Octopus and Optimized Hose Layout: For perfect buddy safety, the emergency second stage (TEC2 OCTO) is instantly identifiable thanks to its yellow front cover and dedicated 0.90 m hose of the same color. The main regulator is equipped with a short black 0.63 m hose, a length meticulously designed to accommodate the V1's asymmetrical routing on a single tank.

Technical SPG 52 mm Pressure Gauge: The kit includes a professional and compact analog pressure gauge, with a robust 52 mm diameter metal case and a high-visibility dial. It is supplied paired with a heavy black rubber high-pressure (HP) hose of 0.80 m.
