The Triple D-ring for Beavertail is a multi-point fastening element specifically designed to be mounted on the beavertail of Side Mount systems. Unlike single D-rings, this plate offers three different attachment points in a single compact and robust component.
Main Features:
-
High Quality Material: Made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel, it guarantees maximum corrosion resistance and unlimited durability even in extreme technical diving conditions (cave, wreck, salt water).
-
Three-Point Configuration: The structure features three circular eyelets (D-rings) integrated on a single base. This allows you to:
- Choose the ideal attachment point to adjust the cylinder trim as it empties.
- Simultaneously attach cylinders and accessories (e.g. spools, SMBs or torches) without overlapping carabiners.
-
Low-Profile Design: Despite its triple functionality, the piece is shaped to remain close to the diver's body, reducing accidental snagging (entanglement) and maintaining hydrodynamics.
-
Secure Installation: It is fixed directly to the beavertail webbing via pass-through slots, ensuring that the component remains firm and does not rotate under the weight of the cylinders.
Operational Advantages:
-
Trim Versatility: Allows the Side Mount diver to move the cylinder carabiner between the three rings to compensate for buoyancy changes during the dive.
-
Equipment Organization: Ideal for those who need to carry different stage configurations or additional cylinders while maintaining quick and orderly access.
-
Robustness: The single-piece structure eliminates the weak points typical of movable or individually fixed D-rings.
