The STREAM RING 20 - LITE is the ultralight version of DTD's renowned circular (donut/ring) wing, designed for twinset diving. This model was developed for divers seeking lighter, travel-friendly equipment without compromising on safety or hydrodynamic efficiency.
Technical Specifications:
-
Geometry: Circular / Annular (Donut).
-
Buoyancy: 200 N (approx. 20 kg / 44 lbs).
-
Structure: Double-layer bladder (provides extra protection for the inner air cell).
-
Outer Shell: Made of Cordura 1000, a material that reduces the overall weight of the wing while maintaining extremely high tear and abrasion resistance.
-
Inflator Assembly: Inflator terminal made of high-quality technopolymer, lightweight and highly resistant to wear and impact.
-
Recommended Application: Perfectly compatible with twinsets up to 2x12 liters and stage cylinders.
Key Features and Use:
-
Travel Design (LITE): Thanks to the use of Cordura 1000 and the technopolymer inflator terminal, the wing reduces the overall weight of the equipment, making it the ideal choice for those who travel frequently by plane but do not want to give up a back-mounted technical configuration.
-
Compact Profile: The narrow width reduces lateral bulk and drag, ensuring excellent hydrodynamics in the water.
- Circular Geometry: The continuous ring design allows air to move smoothly and consistently between the two sides. This facilitates immediate buoyancy control and maintaining impeccable horizontal trim.
Included in the Package:
- 1x 60 cm LP (Low Pressure) inflator hose.
Target User:
The STREAM RING 20 - LITE is the perfect wing for advanced recreational and technical divers who use twinsets and require a robust double-layer system, but with an emphasis on overall weight to optimize travel logistics.
