Delrin Spool 24m with 2.00mm Line

The 24-meter DTD Spool is a high-quality technical reel, designed to meet the rigorous standards of technical and DIR diving. Extremely versatile and robust, it is an essential tool for safety and managing ascent procedures in any type of dive.

Key Features and Materials:

• Delrin Unibody: The spool is made from a single, highly durable piece of Delrin. The absence of glued or assembled parts eliminates any structural weak points, ensuring exceptional tolerance to impacts, drops, and mechanical stress.
• Compact Dimensions: With an external diameter of 76 mm and a width of 40 mm, the spool offers the perfect balance between optimal grip (even with thick or dry gloves) and minimal bulk when stored in suit pockets or clipped to D-rings.

Configuration and Equipment:

• Line Specifications: It comes complete with approximately 24 meters of PA (polyamide) line with a thickness of 2.00 mm, a high-strength technical yarn that minimizes the risk of wear, accidental knots, or breakage under tension.
• Variety of Line Colors: For maximum visibility and customization based on preferences or team protocol, the line is available in White, Yellow, Red, or Orange color variations.
• Double Carabiner: Included with the spool is a robust 10 cm stainless steel double-ender snap, the ideal size to ensure maximum maneuverability and ease of clipping/unclipping even by feel.

Ideal Use:

This spool is an extremely flexible and reliable accessory that can be used in various situations:

• Decompression Spool: Perfect for deploying a SMB (surface marker buoy) during deco stops or blue water ascents.
• Safety Spool: Ideal as a backup line for small tie-offs, navigation in confined environments (cave/wreck), or for finding the ascent line in low visibility conditions.

Target User:

An indispensable component in the kit of technical divers, cave divers, and advanced recreational divers who seek a durable, functional product that complies with the highest safety standards in the industry.
