The Tecline 7x7 cm Underwater Mirror is a compact yet extremely effective inspection tool, designed specifically for recreational or technical divers, or anyone who dives with complex configurations (Sidemount or Backmount).

Thanks to its enlarged 7x7 cm reflective surface, this model offers a wider field of view compared to standard versions, making it an essential tool for performing a "bubble check" independently and for constantly monitoring your equipment without having to rely on your dive buddy.

Key Functions

• Leak Detection (Bubble Check): Allows for real-time visual inspection of valves, first stages, hoses, and connections located behind the neck (in backmount) or in sidemount blind spots, immediately identifying any gas leaks.
• Trim and Buoyancy Control: Used during stops or navigation to check one's hydrodynamic position (trim) and ensure that stage or deco cylinders are perfectly aligned and hydrodynamic.
• Emergency Signaling: On the surface, the mirrored surface can be used as an emergency signaling device to reflect sunlight and attract the attention of the support boat or rescuers.
• Face and Mask Inspection: Useful during long decompression stops to check the correct positioning of the mask or to locate and remove small debris from the eyes or face.

Technical Tip:

Many technical and sidemount divers attach this mirror to the back of their hand (over the glove) or on their forearm using a bungee loop. This way, with a simple and quick wrist movement, it is possible to visually scan valves and manifolds at any time during the dive.
