The Tecline R4 TEC2 Regulator Set, available at DIR-STORE, is a high-performance system designed to offer maximum reliability in a compact size. This kit combines a compact diaphragm first stage, equipped with a dry chamber and a complete thermal insulation kit, with the innovative balanced TEC2 second stage. Expressly designed to operate safely in the most extreme conditions, it largely exceeds the requirements of the European standard EN250A, representing the ideal choice for managing decompression cylinders (stage/deco), twinset, or single tank configurations in icy waters.

Technical Features:

• First Stage R4 TEC (Dry Anti-Freeze Chamber): Constructed from robust marine bronze, it uses a balanced diaphragm mechanism assisted by a dry sealed chamber and an additional cooling kit. This system completely isolates the internal components from contact with water, preventing freezing and protecting the mechanics from mud or sediment. It has 4 LP outlets and 2 fixed HP outlets arranged linearly (layout not suitable for Sidemount).
• TEC2 Second Stage (Innovative and Ultra-Efficient): This pneumatically balanced second stage (260 g) implements the Direct Flow System (DFS). The internal architecture optimizes the gas fluid dynamics, minimizing inspiratory effort at any depth, regardless of the residual pressure in the cylinders.
• Thermal and Mechanical Shielding: Designed to withstand strong temperature fluctuations, the second stage features internal metal components protected by an anti-freeze Teflon coating and an integrated heat exchanger at the connection point. The structural polymer casing is frontally shielded by a solid stainless steel protective ring.
• Dual Adjustment and Comfort: Equipped with a micrometric knob for manual adjustment of breathing resistance and a lever for Venturi effect control to prevent accidental free-flow on the surface. It is completed by a hypoallergenic and ergonomic high-comfort silicone mouthpiece.
• Total Layout Customization: The set includes the original Tecline transport bag and allows for millimeter configuration of the low-pressure (LP) hose, choosing both the length and the material (Traditional high-density black rubber or light and flexible Proflex Tecline braid).
