This kit pairs the robust F50 first stage—equipped with an advanced external heat exchange system—with the hyperbalanced FX3 second stage. The synergy between these two components guarantees a massive, stable, and incredibly smooth airflow, protecting the system from the risks of freezing and offering total customization of the low-pressure hose.

Technical Features:

• F50 First Stage (Balanced Diaphragm and Anti-Freeze Radiator): Uses a diaphragm mechanism that shields the internal chamber from mud and sediment. The head is equipped with an enlarged metallic lamellar radiator that maximizes heat exchange with the external environment, effectively counteracting the freezing effect generated by gas expansion. It is protected by a robust ABS ring nut and is available with DIN 232 or DIN 300 Bar connections (EN 250:2014 standard).
• Output Optimization: Features 4 low-pressure (LP 3/8" X 24 UNF) outlets arranged to ensure clean hose routing and a constant intermediate pressure of approximately 10 bar (with cylinders up to 300 bar). It also includes 2 high-pressure (HP 7/16" X 20 UNF) outlets for simultaneous connection of a pressure gauge and computer transmitter.
• FX3 Hyperbalanced Second Stage: Utilizes a state-of-the-art pneumatic balance with internal components in chrome-plated brass and a Delrin seat. This system minimizes breathing effort at any depth, providing consistent delivery even when cylinder pressure drops.
• Dual Adjustment and Safety: Supplied with a black cover featuring radial holes that stabilize the diaphragm against current. It integrates a micrometric knob to calibrate inspiratory effort and a Dive/Pre-Dive (Venturi) lever to eliminate the risk of free-flow on the surface. The pneumatic seal is protected by a double-seal micro O-ring system, while the enlarged 34 mm silicone exhaust valve ensures easy exhalation.
