D-Ring Bridle

The D-Ring Keeper is a specialized hardware accessory designed to optimize the orientation, stability, and security of D-rings along the diving harness. Unlike traditional flat weight stoppers, this component features a recessed central shape that perfectly cradles the base of the D-ring, preventing it from swinging, tipping, or crushing against the webbing.

Made entirely of marine-grade stainless steel, the keeper ensures that the D-ring remains consistently in a pre-oriented position (slightly raised). This technical enhancement greatly facilitates clipping and unclipping carabiners (even blindly, in low visibility conditions, or while wearing thick dry gloves), improving overall fluidity during dives.

Key Features and Technical Specifications:

• Marine-Grade Stainless Steel: Solid construction from high-strength stainless steel, specifically treated to withstand the extreme corrosive action of saltwater and mechanical wear.
• Shaped Locking Seat: The ergonomic central design creates a stable housing for the D-ring's wire. Once the webbing is tightened, the ring is locked at the correct angle with no play or slipping.
• Chamfered Anti-Chafing Profile: All edges and internal slots are carefully smoothed and rounded. This prevents the hardware from cutting, fraying, or prematurely wearing the harness webbing under load.
• Universal 50 mm Compatibility: Precisely sized to integrate perfectly with standard 50 mm (2 inch) rigid webbing used for technical harnesses, DIR systems, modular BCDs, and Side-Mounts.

Target Users:

The D-ring keeper is a fundamental hardware component for technical divers, exploration divers (Cave & Wreck), and advanced recreational divers who meticulously maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of their trim. It represents the preferred choice for those who demand a configuration where every accessory is exactly where it should be, ready for immediate use and free from annoying residual movement.
