The ultra-compact valve with reduced M18x1.5 thread and Viton O-ring, designed specifically for 0.85-liter Argon pony bottles and drysuit cylinders.
The Scubatec MIGNON series manifold, available on DIR-STORE, is the smallest and lightest single-flow valve in the range, specially designed for equipping 0.85-liter aluminum mini-cylinders used for drysuit inflation gas (Argon) or for hyper-compact emergency systems. Thanks to its miniaturized body, it minimizes the overall height of the cylinder/first stage system, eliminating bulk on the backplate or twin-set bands and preventing any risk of entanglement.
Key Strengths:
-
Specific M18x1.5 Thread: Constructed with the reduced metric pitch, which is mandatory and standard for almost all 0.85L aluminum pony bottles on the market.
-
Viton-Ready (Oxygen Clean): Assembled directly at the factory with Viton O-rings and special lubricants with very high chemical stability. It is 100% certified and safe for use with Argon, Air, and hyperoxic mixtures.
-
Compact High-Grip Handwheel: Equipped with a soft rubber handwheel proportionate to the valve body, designed to offer a firm grip and immediate smooth operation even when wearing thick dry gloves.
-
Scubatec Monobloc Reliability: Entirely machined from molded marine brass with heavy mirror chrome plating, an absolute guarantee against wear and corrosion caused by the most aggressive saline environments.
