THE OVERHAUL INCLUDES:
  • General check of the received product
  • Complete disassembly of all components
  • Two ultrasonic cleanings with specific solutions
  • Rinsing, blowing, and drying
  • Inspection of all components and evaluation (Defective or worn parts will be replaced and are not included in the price (*acceptance request via quote)
  • Replacement with all parts from the original TECLINE Overhaul KIT
  • Lubrication with special non-toxic and specific greases
  • Assembly and final check
  • Calibration of the 1st/2nd stage intermediate pressure / manufacturer's standard
  • Pressure seal and function check.
