The absence of an external environmental membrane protects the regulator from the risk of thermodynamic imbalance, preventing dangerous interruptions of delivery at greater depths. Constructed from high-quality chrome-plated marine bronze, it supports an operating pressure of up to 300 bar and offers a versatile layout with 4 LP ports and 2 HP ports.
• REC1 Primary & Octopus Second Stages (Simplicity and Breathing Comfort): The REC1 second stages are made of robust polyamide and weigh just 195 grams each, reducing jaw fatigue. Simple and lightweight, they are optimized for recreational diving. They integrate a side knob for smooth Venturi flow control (essential for preventing involuntary free-flow) and a large exhaust tee to effectively divert bubbles from the field of vision.
