It combines the thermal insulation of the R4 TEC first stage with the advanced fluid dynamics of the balanced TEC2 second stage. Unlike wet chamber systems, this kit uses the R4 TEC balanced diaphragm first stage, equipped with a dry sealed chamber, which completely isolates the internal mechanisms from icy water and suspended particles. It is paired with the black TEC2 second stage, a pneumatically balanced regulator featuring a DFS (Direct Flow System) and an integrated heat exchanger, designed to offer exceptionally smooth and natural breathing.

R4 TEC Dry Chamber First Stage (Anti-freeze Protection):

• Balanced Diaphragm with Dry Chamber: Isolates the spring and piston from direct contact with water. Ideal for winter diving, cold water, or areas with high sediment presence.
• Constant Performance: Ensures a balanced and powerful airflow at any depth and with any residual cylinder pressure (DIN 300 bar connection, 4 LP ports / 2 HP ports).
• Chromed Marine Bronze Body: Robust, hydrodynamic, and resistant to salt corrosion.

TEC2 Black Second Stage (Top-of-the-Range Balanced):

• Pneumatic Balancing & DFS System: Optimizes gas fluid dynamics inside the casing, minimizing inhalation effort.
• Dual Micrometric Control: Equipped with a knob for adjusting initial inhalation effort and a lever for the Venturi effect (essential for eliminating free-flow when the stage is attached to the harness and not in use).
• Reversible and Ergonomic Casing: Made of high-resistance technopolymer with a stainless steel front ring.

SPG 52 mm Technical Pressure Gauge: Compact analog instrument with a 52 mm metal casing for clear and immediate monitoring of cylinder pressure.
