Featuring a sealed dry chamber that makes it natively suitable for cold waters and harsh thermoclines, the first stage works in perfect synergy with the balanced TEC1 second stages. This set ensures a massive, smooth, and constant airflow at any depth, while the enlarged 63 mm pressure gauge ensures immediate and effortless readability of reserve parameters.

Technical Features:

• R4 TEC First Stage (Balanced Diaphragm, Compact with Dry Chamber): Constructed from solid chrome-plated marine brass, the R4 TEC utilizes a balanced diaphragm mechanism characterized by a significantly lighter and more compact body compared to standard turret-style models. The sealed dry chamber completely isolates internal moving components from the external environment, acting as a total anti-freeze and anti-sediment barrier. It offers a rational layout for clean hose routing thanks to 4 LP ports and 2 symmetrical HP ports (DIN 300 bar connection).
• Dual TEC1 Second Stage (Smooth and Balanced Breathing): The TEC1 second stages are pneumatically balanced to minimize the overall work of breathing (WOB). They guarantee exceptionally smooth and natural delivery even under exertion or at deep depths, far exceeding common recreational standards for casing robustness and component durability.
• Flow Control and Adjustments: Both second stages feature a side lever for manual management of the Venturi effect, essential for preventing involuntary continuous free-flow when the regulator is not in the mouth (as with an emergency octopus). They also integrate an external micrometric knob to calibrate the initial breathing effort.
• High Visibility Octopus and Hose Layout: For perfect buddy safety, the emergency second stage (TEC1 OCTO) is instantly identifiable thanks to its yellow front cover and dedicated 0.90 m hose of the same color. The primary regulator is equipped with a classic 0.70 m black hose.
