Sidemount Regulator Set R2 TEC2 Extreme

The ultimate Sidemount system designed for autonomous exploration and in extremely complex environments (tight caves and wrecks). Equipped with two R2 TEC first stages and two TEC2 second stages, both reversible (with mirrored left and right-hand short hose feeds), it guarantees an ultra-minimalist, hydrodynamic, and completely snag-free setup. Available in Standard and Military Line versions.

The Tecline Side Mount Extreme Set, available at DIR-STORE, was born from the needs of autonomous divers and cave divers who tackle narrow passages and challenging operational contexts.

Unlike traditional Sidemount kits with a long hose, this system uses two TEC2 second stages, both reversible, connected to the first stages via two short hoses (65–70 cm) and equipped with 90° swivels. The left regulator is fed from the left, and the right one from the right, eliminating redundant hoses around the neck and torso. The architecture of the R2 TEC balanced diaphragm first stages — with a dry antifreeze chamber (Dry Chamber), a 360° swivel turret, and a 5th axial LP port — ensures hydrodynamic routing that lies perfectly flush with the cylinder body.

Key Features for the Sidemount Extreme:

2x R2 TEC Dry Chamber First Stages (Balanced Diaphragm / DIN 300 bar):

• Antifreeze & Dry Chamber Protection: Isolates internal mechanisms from mud, sediment, and icy water.
• 360° Swivel Turret + 5th Axial LP Port: Keeps hoses perfectly parallel to the cylinder, eliminating forced bends.

2x Reversible TEC2 Second Stages (Left & Right):

Mirrored and Minimalist Configuration: Direct feed from both sides for the cleanest breathing profile.

Balanced DFS Performance: Reversible casing with heat exchanger, initial inhalation effort adjustment, and Venturi lever.

Extreme Layout and Included Accessories:

• 2x 90° LP Swivels: Mounted on both second stages for perfect ergonomics and zero mouth traction.
• 2x Short LP Regulator Hoses (65–70 cm): Maximum bulk reduction for navigating restricted passages.
• 2x LP Inflator Hoses (20 cm): For independent control of Sidemount jacket and drysuit.
• 2x SPG 52 mm Gauges (300 Bar): Metal casing and short HP hoses (20 cm) for immediate and protected readings flush with the cylinder.
• Fixing Kit Included: 88 mm stainless steel snap hook and bungee cord (1 m, ø 4 mm).
