Designed according to the rigorous standards of the DIR (Doing It Right) philosophy and the Hogarthian system for advanced recreational and technical single-tank diving, this package eliminates traditional configurations: the primary regulator is mounted on a 1.93 m long hose for immediate donation, while the backup second stage is kept close at hand around the neck via an elastic bungee. Leveraging the 360° swivel turret of the R2 first stage and the innovative technology of the TEC2 second stages, this kit eliminates jaw tension, offering unparalleled delivery fluidity.

Technical Features:

• R2 First Stage (Balanced Diaphragm, Swivel Turret, and Dry Chamber): Constructed from solid, high-strength chrome-plated marine brass, the R2 first stage combines the extraordinary performance of the balanced diaphragm system with maximum routing freedom guaranteed by the 360° rotating turret. The presence of the sealed dry chamber completely isolates the internal components from water, preventing freezing (free-flow) in cold water and avoiding the entry of sand or sediment. It features a robust tightening ring (DIN 300 bar connection).
• Pre-arrangement for 5th Axial LP Port (Optional): To achieve the ultimate technical-style routing, the R2 first stage is pre-arranged for the installation of the 5th axial LP port (purchased separately). This additional port allows the long hose to run perfectly parallel to the tank, eliminating any curvature or jaw tension.
• Double TEC2 Second Stage (DFS Technology and Elite Ergonomics): The latest generation TEC2 second stages integrate the innovative DFS (Direct Flow System) direct flow architecture. This design optimizes internal airflow to minimize breathing effort (WOB) at any depth. The cover is shielded by a solid anti-impact stainless steel ring, and the internal metal parts are protected by an anti-friction Teflon coating.
• Flow Control and Adjustments: Both second stages are pneumatically balanced and feature a side knob for micrometric adjustment of the initial inspiratory effort, as well as a lever for managing the Venturi effect, essential for preventing free-flows when the backup second stage is positioned around the neck via the bungee.
• Hogarthian Layout and Proflex Hoses: The configuration adopts the pure DIR philosophy. The primary regulator is mounted on the 1.93 m Proflex long hose (which passes under the right arm and behind the neck), while the backup regulator is mounted on the 0.61 m Proflex short hose and held to the neck by the elastic bungee. Proflex hoses offer exceptional flexibility and significantly lighter weight than traditional rubber hoses.
• SPG 52 mm Technical Pressure Gauge: The kit includes a professional analog underwater pressure gauge with a 52 mm diameter chrome-plated brass case and a highly readable dial. It comes with a 0.60 m short high-pressure (HP) hose in black, ideal for attaching to the left D-ring of the harness with one of the included carabiners, reducing bulk and hydrodynamic drag.
• Included Technical Accessories: The set comes ready to use with 2 single-gate 88 mm marine-grade stainless steel carabiners (for attaching the pressure gauge and primary second stage) and an elastic bungee for the backup regulator.
