Configured in perfect DIR (Doing It Right) style, it is the ultimate "Ready-to-Dive" kit for divers who frequently travel by plane, primarily dive in warm waters with wetsuits, or wish to eliminate fixed weight on their back.

What the Set Includes:

1. 3mm Anodized Aluminum Backplate

The supporting base of the system, made of high-strength marine-grade aluminum, fully protected against salt corrosion. The perimeter edges and slot passages are laser-cut and chamfered to prevent any wear on the webbing.

• Weight of the plate alone: ~0.85 kg (Total weight of the assembled set with hardware: ~1.35 kg).
• Advantage: Drastically reduces the weight of dive luggage and does not burden the back out of the water.

2. Tecline DIR Harness (Standard Webbing)

A continuous webbing system, free of plastic buckles or quick-release points that could break or fail under stress. The webbing has medium stiffness designed to maintain shoulder shape, facilitating donning and doffing. The kit includes:

• Movable and Adjustable D-Rings: Made of stainless steel, positioned on the shoulders and waist for attaching torches, backup regulators, and stage cylinders.
• Locking Hardware: Weight stoppers and a robust stainless steel waist buckle to maintain micro-adjustment of the harness.

3. Crotch Strap

An indispensable element for hydrodynamic stability. It prevents the plate-wing assembly from sliding upwards during somersaults or vertical descent and blocks lateral rolling of the cylinder. It features two D-rings (front for DPV towing and rear for a SMB or secondary accessories).
