• CNC Chamfering and Manual Polishing: All peripheral profiles of the backplate and strap slots are chamfered using computer numerical control (CNC) milling and then hand-finished and polished. This precision machining eliminates any metallic micro-burrs, preventing harness wear and protecting the wetsuit from chafing.

1. 3mm Stainless Steel Backplate

The backbone of the system, solid, rigid, and totally resistant to saltwater corrosion. It serves as an excellent fixed ballast (weight ~2.22 kg) positioned exactly along the diver's center of gravity, facilitating the maintenance of perfect trim (horizontal buoyancy).

2. Revolutionary QUICK-FIX Adjustment System

The high-strength Polyamide (PA) harness is equipped with unique tensioning technology:

• 2 Stainless Steel QUICK-FIX Buckles: These special buckles are not openable, not removable, and do not use plastic clips. Adjustment occurs solely by geometric sliding: simply pull the strap to tighten the harness to the body or lift the buckle to instantly loosen it. It is the definitive system for those who use wetsuits of different thicknesses (switching from wet to dry) or wish to easily remove the tank assembly on board a RIB.
