Intake Filter for MCH 8 and Eolo 330 - Coltri Compressors
The original Coltri Compressors intake filter is a fundamental component for protecting medium-flow pumping units. This filter element acts at the system's inlet, removing dust, particulate matter, and solid contaminants from the ambient air before the compression process.
Certified Compatibility
This spare part has been specifically designed to ensure optimal performance on the following models:
-
MCH 8: Medium-capacity high-pressure compressors.
-
Eolo 330: Low-pressure air pumping systems specific for surface diving operations (narguile).
Product Features
-
Optimized Airflow: The filter's structure ensures constant suction, preventing pressure drops that could compromise the compressor's volumetric efficiency.
-
Pumping Unit Protection: Safeguards valves, pistons, and cylinders from abrasive wear caused by external agents, extending the lifespan of mechanical components.
-
Original COLTRI Standard: Produced with high-quality materials to ensure a perfect seal on the original housing and prevent infiltration of unfiltered air.
Maintenance Tips
The correct condition of the intake filter is critical for the compressor's health:
-
Visual Inspection: Regularly check the cleanliness, especially if the compressor operates in dusty or poorly ventilated environments.
-
Periodic Replacement: Strictly adhere to the maintenance intervals specified in the Coltri user manual to avoid pressure drops and engine overheating.
-
Breathing Air Safety: A clean intake filter reduces the load of impurities that the final cartridge must process, improving the overall quality of the delivered air.
