The Tecline 50 kg Lifting Bag is a professional high-capacity device designed for heavy equipment recovery operations, underwater archaeology or marine work, and as a redundant emergency buoyancy system. With a hydrostatic thrust of 50 kg (110 pounds), this bag combines extraordinary lifting force with the reliability of materials chosen by Tecline for use in harsh conditions.
Technical and Construction Features
-
High-Strength Fabric: Made of robust coated synthetic material, resistant to cuts, mechanical abrasion, prolonged UV exposure, and saltwater.
-
Safety Orange Color: The bright orange color ensures maximum visibility on the surface, facilitating the detection of the lifted load by support vessels even in rough seas or low light conditions.
-
Overpressure and Dump Valve (OPV): Equipped with a dump valve positioned at the top, essential for automatically venting gas expansion during the bag's ascent. This prevents overexpansion and protects the structural integrity of the fabric. The valve features a quick-pull cord to allow the diver to manually control deflation from below.
Configuration and Safety
-
Optimized Geometry: The shape is designed to maintain impeccable vertical stability during ascent, minimizing the risk of tipping and consequent air loss.
-
Reinforced Anchor Points: The base of the bag features a high-strength webbing structure designed to evenly distribute heavy loads, preventing stress concentrations on the fabric.
