DTD Unbalanced P-Valve

The DTD Unbalanced P-Valve is an essential and highly reliable urine discharge valve (P-Valve), designed for installation on trilaminate or neoprene drysuits. Developed by DTD, a leading brand in technical diving and DIR, this device is the ideal solution for those seeking a mechanically simple, robust, and superfluous-component-free discharge system, ensuring optimal management of physiological needs during longer dives or in cold waters.

Unlike balanced models, the unbalanced version focuses on maximum constructive linearity, minimizing maintenance and eliminating the risk of internal back pressure valve malfunction.

Key Features and Technical Specifications:

• Simple and Linear Mechanism: The absence of balancing chambers makes the valve extremely reliable, easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain over time, minimizing wear parts.
• Robust and Flat Construction: Made with extremely high-resistance plastic and metal materials, specifically designed to withstand the corrosive action of salt and atmospheric agents. The external profile on the thigh is extremely compact and hydrodynamic, designed to prevent any kind of snagging with ropes, lines, or the surrounding environment.
• Secure Watertight Seal: Designed to ensure a perfect seal on the drysuit fabric once installed, eliminating any risk of water infiltration from the outside.
• Ready-to-Assemble Kit: Supplied complete with a flexible internal connection hose and all the necessary accessories for stable and secure fastening.
• Standard Compatibility: Connects optimally to all standard external catheters (condom catheters).

Target Use

The DTD Unbalanced P-Valve is the perfect choice for divers who undertake medium and long-duration dives with a drysuit and prefer a purist and essential approach to equipment. It is an extraordinarily solid accessory, recommended for those who want a safe, economical, and low-maintenance discharge system, to experience every dive in maximum thermal comfort.
