This component replaces the classic rigid central tube, connecting the LOLA modular valve bodies (T-SV series) via a high-pressure hose covered in stainless steel braid. In addition to eliminating mechanical stresses between the cylinders, this flexible system offers exceptional impact resistance, making it an essential element for custom or elite configurations.

Length Customization and Tolerances:

• Lengths on request: We can produce and supply the hose with a fully customizable length from 25 cm to 90 cm.

Main Features and Advantages:

• Anti-Shock Stainless Steel Structure: The heavy metal braiding protects the internal conduit from cuts, abrasions, and crushing. In case of strong rear or side impacts (frequent in cave diving or wrecks), the hose absorbs the impact by flexing, protecting the cylinder neck.
• Double Seal Connections: The connection terminals are equipped with a double radial O-ring system that ensures smooth insertion and total hermeticity within the seats of the LOLA valve bodies.
• Stress-Free Assembly: By allowing the cylinders minimal mutual flexibility, it facilitates the installation of the clamping bands and perfectly tolerates slight structural misalignments between the two cylinders.

Important Note on Gas Compatibility:

The hose is primarily designed and calibrated for use with Air and Nitrox. If used with mixtures containing Helium (Trimix / TMX), the extremely small size of this gas molecule can cause a micro-permeation phenomenon. This manifests as the appearance of tiny extrusion bubbles on the outer surface of the hose under pressure: this is a known and expected physical behavior that does not in any way compromise the safety or proper functioning of the product.

Tips for Long-Term Storage:

To best preserve the integrity of the seals and internal structure during periods of disuse or long-term storage of the twinset, it is strongly recommended to close both main valve handwheels.
