Original Coltri Compressors cap and disc kits are fundamental components for the correct assembly and regeneration of filter cartridges within air purification systems. These sets ensure proper sealing and positioning of filtering materials (such as activated carbon and molecular sieve) within the cartridge body.
Cap and Disc Kits for Maxifilter Cartridges
This kit is specifically designed for the Maxifilter filtration system, one of the most widely used standard systems on medium and large capacity Coltri compressors.
-
Compatibility: Exclusively for Maxifilter series filter bodies and cartridges.
-
Contents: Includes the end caps and separation/retention discs needed to seal the cartridge.
-
Function: Ensures that air flow passes uniformly through the filter beds without bypass or pressure loss.
Cap and Disc Kits for Hyperfilter Cartridges
This kit is intended for the Hyperfilter system, Coltri's advanced filtration solution designed to handle high air volumes and ensure maximum purity of breathable gas.
-
Compatibility: Specific for the high-capacity Hyperfilter system.
-
Contents: Complete set of end caps and reinforced internal discs to withstand the stresses of high-pressure air flows.
-
Function: Ensures the structural integrity of the filtering material within the Hyperfilter column, optimizing air treatment.
Why use original Coltri spare parts?
-
Hermetic Seal: Original discs and caps have millimeter tolerances to prevent the passage of particulate matter or moisture.
-
Air Safety: Products made with materials suitable for contact with air for respiratory use (diving, firefighting, medical).
-
Durability: Designed to withstand continuous compression cycles without deformation.
-
Maintenance Tip: When refilling or replacing internal cartridge components, always check the integrity of the discs and the cleanliness of the caps to avoid contamination of the air flow.
