Manual condensation drain valve assembly with 1/4" thread, complete with winged knob, return spring, and POM sealing pad, specifically for Coltri Sub compressors.
The 1/4" Condensation Drain Valve Kit, available on DIR-STORE, is the complete original/compatible replacement assembly ready for installation on the separator blocks of Coltri high-pressure compressors. This kit combines in a single assembly the threaded steel needle, the ergonomic winged technopolymer knob, the counter spring, and the black POM lower sealing pad (the mushroom insert treated in the previous batch). Replacing the entire block ensures the immediate restoration of the purge circuit's watertight seal, eliminating pressure losses caused by worn threads, weakened springs, or ovalized needles.
Technical Specifications:
-
Standard 1/4" Thread Pitch: Standardized size for perfect interfacing with the body of Coltri Sub condensation separator filters, ensuring smooth screwing and impeccable geometric sealing under operating pressures up to 300 bar.
-
Ergonomic Winged Knob: The high-resistance black plastic knob features pronounced wings designed to offer optimal grip and an effective leverage arm, allowing the diver or technician to drain condensation quickly and effortlessly, even with wet or cold hands.
-
Stainless Steel Return Spring: The integrated helical spring keeps the valve constantly aligned and facilitates controlled opening, preventing compressor motor vibrations from loosening the needle during recharging.
-
Pre-Installed POM Pad: The "high" seal made of black polyoxymethylene is already mounted on the tip of the metal needle, which abuts against the separator seat, ensuring the gas's hermetic seal without damaging internal components.
