Spare Parts and Overhaul Kit for Single-Lever Taps

The essential set of original gaskets, washers, and disc for the maintenance and oxygen cleaning of single cylinder valves.

The Mono Valve Spare Parts Kit, available on DIR-STORE, includes all internal and external components necessary for routine maintenance and complete overhaul of a single Scubatec single cylinder valve. Using this original set eliminates leaks, restores perfect watertightness of the valve, and keeps the knob rotation extremely smooth and controlled.

Key Strengths:

• Viton O-Rings as Standard (Oxygen Clean): As highlighted by the green color of the rings in the image, the kit is entirely equipped with Viton compound O-rings. This feature ensures total chemical compatibility with pure Oxygen and Nitrox mixtures, making the valve 100% safe for use in "Oxygen Clean" configurations.
• Mechanism and Disc Included: The kit does not only contain gaskets but also includes the internal brass closing disc. Replacing this component is essential to solve problems with valves that "leak when closed," restoring a complete block of gas flow.
• Teflon Thrust Washers: The two white Teflon washers reduce mechanical friction between moving parts inside the spindle, ensuring fluid and effortless maneuverability even at maximum operating pressure.
