Descrizione

The Scubatec F50 First Stage Service Kit, distributed by DIR STORE, contains the original spare parts necessary for the technical maintenance of the Italian company's top-of-the-range hyper-balanced diaphragm model.

Kit Composition

The kit includes only original Scubatec components, made with high-resistance materials to ensure consistent performance even in extremely cold or deep waters:

High-Pressure Seat (HP Seat / Pellet): The critical sealing component made of technical polymer. It must be replaced to ensure that the intermediate pressure (IP) remains stable and does not exhibit "creep" phenomena (slow rise in pressure at rest).

High-Sensitivity Main Diaphragm: Made of special elastomer, designed to transmit ambient pressure with extreme precision to the balancing mechanism, ensuring minimal inhalation effort.

High-Capacity Sintered Filter: Positioned at the DIN connection inlet, it protects the inside of the regulator from micro-particles, rust, or moisture present in the cylinders.

Teflon (PTFE) Sliding Washers: Anti-friction and anti-extrusion rings that protect O-rings and allow smooth movement of mechanical parts.

Locking Clip (C-clip): The elastic metal ring needed to securely fasten the swivel turret to the main body of the first stage.

Technical Specifications and Compatibility

Model: Specific and exclusive for Scubatec F50.
Gas Compatibility: Components certified for use with Air and Nitrox (up to 40%). For use with high-percentage oxygen mixtures, integral cleaning (degreasing) of metal components according to Oxygen Clean standards is required.
Certification: Original spare parts that maintain CE marking and the validity of the manufacturer's warranty.

Maintenance Notes

Technical Intervention: Servicing the F50 first stage is a precision operation. It must be performed exclusively by qualified technicians using specific tools such as ultrasonic baths for descaling metal components, torque wrenches, and intermediate pressure gauges.

Lubrication: It is recommended to use a very thin layer of oxygen-compatible silicone grease (e.g., Christo-Lube) only where indicated by the service manual, to avoid the accumulation of sediment.
