1st Stage Service Kit F30-32

The Scubatec F30 / F32 First Stage Overhaul Kit, distributed by DIR STORE, is the package of original spare parts required for the technical maintenance of Scubatec's top-of-the-line hyper-balanced diaphragm models.

These first stages (F30 and the F32 variant, often characterized by the fifth axial LP port) share the same internal architecture. The kit is designed to replace all components subject to mechanical wear and chemical aging, ensuring the restoration of nominal delivery performance and intermediate pressure stability.

Kit Composition

The kit includes only original Scubatec parts, selected for operation at high pressures and in demanding environmental conditions (cold/dirty water):

High-Pressure Seat (HP Seat / Poppet): The main sealing component made of technical polymer. This element interfaces with the orifice to regulate the passage of air from the cylinder to the low-pressure chamber.

High-Resistance Main Diaphragm: Made of special elastomer, it transmits ambient pressure to the internal mechanism for regulator balancing.

Sintered Filter (conical or cup-shaped): A high-efficiency filter element positioned at the inlet of the DIN connector to protect internal mechanisms from particulate matter, rust, or impurities from the cylinders.

Complete Set of Sealing O-Rings:

• Balancing chamber O-ring.
• O-rings for HP (7/16") and LP (3/8") port plugs.
• Sealing O-ring for the DIN connector (cylinder connection).
• Specific O-rings for the swivel turret and any fifth axial port (typical of the F32 model).

Anti-extrusion rings and Teflon (PTFE) gaskets: Sliding washers designed to reduce friction between metal parts and prevent deformation of O-rings under load.

Locking Clip (C-clip): Metal snap ring for securing the swivel turret to the first stage body.

Features and Compatibility

• Models: Specific for Scubatec F30 and Scubatec F32.
• Gas Compatibility: Components are compatible with the use of Air and Nitrox (up to 40%), provided the regulator body has been degreased and cleaned according to oxygen compatibility standards.

Technical Warnings

Certified Maintenance: Given the complexity of diaphragm first stages with turrets and multiple ports, overhaul must be performed exclusively by qualified technical personnel using precision tools (feeler gauges, intermediate pressure gauges, torque wrenches).

Procedure: Before installing the kit, it is essential to descale and ultrasonically clean all metal components to remove salt residues and oxidation that could compromise the seal of the new gaskets.
