The complete set of original gaskets, washers, and internal components for periodic maintenance and oxygen cleaning of the Scubatec manifold.
The Scubatec Manifold Spare Parts Kit, available on DIR-STORE, contains all critical components necessary to perform a complete overhaul and inspection of the central manifold and its radial couplings in technical twin-cylinder sets. Periodically replacing these seals is essential to prevent micro-leaks of gas behind the neck and ensure maximum smoothness of the isolation valve in any emergency situation.
Key Strengths:
-
Standard Viton O-Rings (Oxygen Clean): As indicated by the characteristic green color in the image, all included O-rings are made of Viton compound with very high chemical stability. They are 100% compatible with the use of pure Oxygen, Nitrox, and Trimix, ensuring maximum safety against the risks of internal combustion.
-
Original Pads and Mechanisms: The kit includes internal naval brass pads equipped with a sealing insert. Replacing them allows for restoring the perfect stoppage of gas flow when the handwheel is closed, eliminating leaks.
-
Teflon Anti-Friction Washers: The white Teflon washers included in the kit serve to reduce mechanical friction under the handwheel stem. They ensure that the knob's rotation remains consistently smooth, fluid, and free of jamming, even under pressure of 232 or 300 bar.
