The M 9/16" DIR STORE Flow Switch (Shut-Off Valve) is a mechanical isolation and safety device designed to allow instant control of air flow in low-pressure lines.
Thanks to its 9/16" male thread, it screws directly onto the second stage inlet (or other compatible device), allowing the gas flow to be opened or closed in a matter of seconds. It is the ideal solution to block continuous delivery (free-flow) in case of freezing or malfunction of the second stage, avoiding sudden and exhaustive loss of breathing gas while diving.

Safety and maintenance advice: Always check the switch position (set to ON) during the pre-dive check (buddy check). After each use in the sea, rinse thoroughly with fresh water, moving the collar between the ON and OFF positions to remove any salt or sand residue.
