Complete DTD DIR Standard Technical Harness (Without Backplate)

The DTD (Dare To Dive) Harness for Backplate Complete is a complete, ready-to-assemble harness system designed for technical and recreational diving backplates.

Unlike models with adjustment buckles, this version represents the classic and standard setup. It is based on a continuous, high-strength polyamide (PA) webbing, preferred by divers seeking maximum hydrodynamic cleanliness, solidity, and minimalism, minimizing potential failure points.

The main webbing features an integrated central grommet, which serves as a fixed anchor point to ensure perfect centering and geometric stability of the harness when attached to the backplate.

Complete Set Contents

The kit includes all the original DTD components and hardware needed to fully configure the harness:

• Main webbing: PA (Polyamide) harness with a central grommet.
• Safety: Pocket complete with diving knife.
• Crotch strap: Crotch strap with 1 integrated D-ring and its belt keeper.
• Stainless steel hardware:
• 1 flat stainless steel D-ring.
• 3 bent stainless steel D-rings (ideal for easy attachment of carabiners to the shoulder straps).
• 6 stainless steel stoppers for securing hardware and accessories to the webbing.
• Closure: 1 stainless steel belt buckle for the waist strap.
• Accessory/hose management: 5 narrow bungees and 1 wide bungee (useful for securing and keeping backup lights, corrugated hoses, or main hoses tight).

Key Features

• Reliability and Robustness: The choice of stainless steel for all hardware (D-rings, stoppers, and buckle) ensures total corrosion resistance and extreme durability even in harsh marine environments.
• Optimized Configuration: The provision of 3 bent D-rings allows for ergonomic placement on the shoulder straps and sides for immediate and easy access to equipment and stage/pony bottles.
• All-in-One Kit: Including essential safety elements (knife) and system stability in water (crotch strap), the harness is ready to be assembled directly onto your backplate.
