BOY Transfer Hose with Handwheel and Pressure Gauge

Scubatec Transfer Hose with "BOY" Knob Vent

The Scubatec transfer hose with "BOY" knob is designed for the technical diver or filling station operator who seeks maximum practicality during gas balancing operations. The distinctive feature is the purge valve, equipped with an oversized "BOY" type knob, which allows for smooth and controlled opening of the vent, even when wearing gloves or with wet hands.

Like top-of-the-range models, this hose also adopts the DIN 300/300 safety configuration, ensuring impeccable mechanical sealing on all DIN valves.

Main Features:

• "BOY" Vent Knob: Residual pressure is released not via a small screw, but through a large, ergonomic knob, which reduces effort and allows for micrometric adjustment of the outflow.
• DIN 300/300 Fittings: Double DIN G5/8" 300 bar chrome-plated brass terminals. This configuration is the safety standard for high-pressure transfers and ensures universal compatibility with 232 and 300 bar valves.
• Precision Pressure Gauge: Integrates a pressure gauge with a 0-400 bar scale, protected by a high-visibility anti-shock rubber cap.
• Length Options: Available in three variants to suit every filling station: 100 cm, 150 cm, or 200 cm.

Technical Specifications:

• Working Pressure: 300 bar.
• Connections: DIN 300 bar on both sides.
• Materials: High-quality chrome-plated brass and certified reinforced high-pressure hose.
• Pressure Gauge: 0-400 bar scale with integrated protection.

Why choose the "BOY" knob version: The "BOY" knob vent system is particularly valued for its longevity and ease of maintenance. Compared to traditional small release screws, it offers superior grip and allows for the hose to be purged with extreme precision, avoiding the typical mechanical stress of rapid and violent purges.
