The Tecline transfilling hose is a high-precision tool designed for the safe transfer of gas (Air, Nitrox, or Trimix) between two cylinders. Constructed from corrosion and high-pressure resistant materials, this hose is the standard for technical divers who need to equalize pressures or perform partial fills with extreme accuracy.
Equipped with DIN 300 bar connectors on both sides, it ensures a solid and secure connection to all standard DIN valves, offering maximum versatility on both 232 bar and 300 bar cylinders.
Available Configurations:
To meet every space and usage requirement, the hose is available in different variants:
Lengths:
-
1.5 meters: Greater flexibility for connecting distant or floor-standing cylinders.
Types:
-
With Submersible Pressure Gauge (SPG): Integrates a precision pressure gauge to monitor gas flow and pressure in real time during transfer.
Key Features:
-
DIN 300/300 Fittings: High-quality chrome-plated brass terminals for long life and superior mechanical seal.
-
Integrated Bleed Valve: Equipped with a screw-type purge valve to safely and controllably depressurize the circuit before disconnection.
-
High-Pressure Hose: Reinforced flexible hose, certified to withstand the stresses typical of high-pressure transfers.
-
Pressure Gauge (optional): Clear and readable scale, protected by a shock-absorbing rubber boot.
Safety Tips:
Always open the valves very slowly to prevent gas overheating and O-ring stress. It is recommended to keep the hose clean and free of oils or greases, especially when used with oxygen-enriched mixtures.
