Mixing tube air filter for LP 280/300

Mixing Tube Air Filter for Rotary Silent LP 280/300 - Coltri Compressors

The air filter for the mixing tube is an original Coltri Compressors spare part, specifically designed for the Rotary Silent LP 280 and LP 300 series screw compressors. This component is essential for purifying the air entering the mixing duct, ensuring the removal of dust and particulate matter before the gas mixture is formed.

Product Features

• Specific Compatibility: Designed exclusively for LP 280 and LP 300 screw models, ensuring a perfect fit on original ducts.
• Mixture Stability: By ensuring a constant and unobstructed airflow, it allows for precise and homogeneous mixing, which is fundamental for the stability of oxygen percentages (Nitrox).
• Internal Section Protection: Prevents environmental contaminants from entering the mixing tube and depositing on the internal walls or analysis components.
• COLTRI Construction Quality: Made with high-efficiency filtering materials that maintain nominal performance even in intensive work environments.

Importance of Replacement

Using an efficient air filter on the mixing tube is crucial for:

• Analytical Precision: Protects analysis sensors from dirt and debris that could cause erroneous readings or damage the cells.
• System Safety: Keeping the mixing duct clean is a fundamental safety requirement, especially in the presence of high oxygen concentrations.
• Consistent Performance: A clean filter prevents pressure drops in the suction, ensuring that the compressor always operates within optimal parameters.

Technical Advice: Regularly monitor the filter's condition, especially if the system operates in dusty environments, and proceed with replacement following the guidelines in the Coltri maintenance manual for LP systems.
