Thanks to the native asymmetric layout of the F40, the hoses run perfectly straight along the profile of the wing and cylinders, eliminating forced bends, reducing clutter behind the neck and ensuring immediate and free access to the valves during emergency maneuvers (valve drill).

Technical Features:

• Dual F40 First Stage (Balanced Diaphragm and Asymmetric Geometry for Twinset): Built entirely in Italy with the highest quality metals, the F40 first stages use balanced diaphragm mechanics that guarantee a constant intermediate pressure (9.5 - 10 Bar) and an extraordinarily light airflow even at maximum depths. The ultra-compact body features an integrated metal radiator on the head to maximize heat exchange in extreme environments, and is designed for optional installation of the Anti-Freeze Kit. The asymmetric arrangement of the ports (4 LP and 2 HP) eliminates hose crosses and tensions on the mouthpiece. Equipped as standard with a 300 bar DIN connection with a solid metal ring nut.
• Dual FX3 Second Stage (Pneumatic Balance and Smooth Delivery): The FX3 second stages are pneumatically balanced to minimize overall inspiratory effort (WOB), keeping it soft and constant regardless of depth or residual pressure inside the cylinder. The high-resistance thermoplastic technopolymer casing protects the internal mechanisms and chrome-plated brass valves from impacts and corrosion.
• Dual Precision Adjustment: Both FX3 second stages feature a lever for manual management of the Venturi effect (Dive/Pre-Dive), essential for inhibiting accidental continuous flows (free-flow) when the regulator is not in the mouth (as on the neck backup). They also integrate an oversized micrometric external knob for calibrating the initial breathing effort, easily operated even with thick dry gloves.
• Native Nitrox/O2 Compatibility: In line with the needs of technical divers, this set is assembled as standard with Viton O-rings and lubricated with high-quality oxygen-compatible grease, making it totally ready for use with enriched breathing mixes (EAN/Nitrox).
• 52 mm Metal Technical Pressure Gauge SPG: The kit includes a professional dive pressure gauge with a chrome-plated brass case, tempered glass and a highly readable luminous dial, supplied complete with a swivel pin.
• Heavy-Duty Thermorubber Hose Kit: In full compliance with the DIR configuration, the set adopts robust black thick rubber/thermorubber hoses (standard 9/16" connection), ideal for ensuring hydrodynamic stability and a natural vertical descent of the layout along the body:
