Common Applications Based on Diameter:

• 3 mm Bungee: Ideal for small secondary attachments, for creating retention laces for dive computers/wrist compasses (bungee mount setup), and for attaching secondary carabiners.
• 4 mm Bungee: The standard and most versatile thickness. Perfect for the elastic loops on harness shoulder straps (corrugated hose stopper), for creating hose retention knots on the waist strap, and for flashlight backup systems.
• 5 mm Bungee: Great for retaining lightweight stage cylinders or for creating tensioning systems and clips on Sidemount and rebreather configurations.
• 6 mm Bungee: Heavy-duty. Ideal thickness for main elastic systems (bungee stows) in Sidemount BCDs for constraining and pulling cylinder valves and for structural redirects of the bladder.
