The Tecline Softpad, available at DIR-STORE, is the ideal accessory for those who want to optimize the comfort of their modular BCD (wing and backplate). This soft backpad protects the wetsuit and body from rubbing against the metal backplate (steel or aluminum) and, at the same time, serves as a practical integrated housing for the surface marker buoy (SMB), keeping the diver's configuration completely clean and hydrodynamic.

Key Features and Benefits:

• Breathable and Soft Technical Material: Made with a special draining, soft, and salt-resistant fabric. It does not retain air (avoiding unwanted positive buoyancy changes) and offers excellent load cushioning.
• Superior Comfort (Ideal for Thin Wetsuits or Snorkeling): It is the perfect companion for warm water diving with thin wet suits (3mm or 5mm) or for "minimalist" style diving. It reduces the pressure of the tank block on the spine both in the water and during surface movements on boats and dinghies.
• Integrated SMB Pocket (Retractable): The back of the softpad houses a flat pocket specially shaped to insert the signaling buoy or SMB. This placement behind the back eliminates the clutter of the buoy from the harness's D-rings, reducing water resistance and eliminating the risk of entanglement.

• WITHOUT Bolts Version: Ideal if you already have fastening screws or if you intend to use it on backpads with alternative retention systems.
• WITH Bolts Included Version: The complete kit comes with dedicated flat-head bolts (stainless steel and/delrin), essential for a solid, secure, and ultra-flat profile anchor on the perimeter holes of the standard backplate.
