Washers: Not necessary, thanks to the 20 mm bolt head.

• 8x25 mm Bolt Set with Wing Nut: Recommended for: Backplates with a thickness greater than 3 mm (e.g., heavy backplates or configurations with thick undersuits/padding). Offers an extra half-centimeter of thread for secure wing nut engagement.

Washers: Not necessary, thanks to the 20 mm bolt head.

• 8x30 mm Bolt Set with Wing Nut: Recommended for: Backplates with a thickness greater than 3 mm and complex configurations that include extra accessories (e.g., accessory plates, canisters, or heating systems).

Washers: For this size, it is recommended to use at least 2 washers to properly space the fastening and ensure a rock-solid hold.
