Corrugated neck DTD

This component, also known as the "neck" or "knee joint," represents the critical junction point between the BCD (Wing) bladder and the corrugated inflator hose. The particularity of this DTD model is the screwed fitting system, which replaces or integrates traditional pressure systems for greater safety.

• Screwed Fitting: Unlike standard fittings that rely only on rubber tension or external clamps, this model uses a threaded nut. This system ensures an extremely solid mechanical joint between the corrugated hose and the bladder, drastically reducing the risk of accidental detachment under tension.
• Ergonomic Elbow Design: The curvature is designed to optimize the routing of the corrugated hose over the diver's shoulder, maintaining a hydrodynamic profile and preventing excessive tension on the bladder fabric.
• High-Strength Materials: Made of reinforced technopolymer, a material chosen for its excellent resistance to impacts, temperature variations, and the corrosive action of salt and UV rays.
• O-Ring Gasket Seat: Designed to house a specific sealing gasket that ensures the total impermeability of the bladder at the connection point, preventing micro-leaks of gas during diving.
