Modeling (Thermoforming) Instructions:

1. Immerse the mouthpiece in boiling water (approximately 80°C - 90°C) for about 15-20 seconds, holding the tab or channel.
2. Carefully remove the mouthpiece and shake it gently to remove excess water.
3. Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth, orienting it correctly, and clench your teeth with moderate and constant pressure for about 30-40 seconds.
4. Remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and immediately immerse it in cold water to permanently set the impressed shape.
