The Tecline BCD Set Start Adjustable is a complete modular back-mount system, designed for recreational and advanced divers who wish to switch from a classic jacket BCD to a back-inflate configuration, without sacrificing the comfort of a highly adjustable and customizable harness.

This set combines the hydrodynamic cleanliness of a continuous DIR-style harness with the technology of the Cinch Adapter, an innovative system that allows for on-the-fly adjustment and tensioning of the shoulder straps with a single movement. Thanks to the complete freedom of choice of materials and volumes, it is a system that adapts to any type of dive or trip.

Technical and Construction Specifications of the Wing:

• Geometry and Selectable Volume: Double-layer circular cell (donut) wing, available in a 15-liter version (35 lbs / 147 N) or a 17-liter version specific for single tanks. Its oval shape facilitates use in any position, allowing for free and symmetrical airflow for immediate trim control.
• Integrated Adapter: The wing features an integrated single-tank adapter that allows the tank to be securely and directly coupled to the system.
• Outer Shell: Made of special dirt-resistant 1000D Heavy Duty Nylon, an extremely robust yet soft fabric, designed to resist scratches, cuts, and mechanical damage.
• Inner Bladder: Air chamber made of 840 Nylon, a material characterized by high resistance to aging and cracking.
• Inflator Assembly: Equipped with a high-quality 40 cm long inflator with an OVAL corrugated hose and a 55 cm Proflex IFLP hose. The corrugated hose is inserted on the left side of the wing to eliminate any interference with the cylinder; the inflator elbow is structurally reinforced by a wide band ring.
• Dump Valve: Equipped on the outer wing with a low-profile valve featuring a highly visible red ball and special slotted holes to facilitate rapid gas dumping.

Adjustable DIR Harness with Cinch Adapter:

A DIR-style harness that keeps the chest free of clutter and plastic buckles, but integrates the innovative Cinch Adapter mounted on the backplate. This mechanism allows for millimeter-precise adjustment and tensioning of the shoulder straps by simply pulling the waist strap, adapting on-the-fly to different suit thicknesses (wet or dry) and greatly facilitating donning and doffing on land or on board. It comes complete with D-rings configurable as fixed or movable.

Weight System (Optional):

The set offers maximum flexibility in weight management according to the diver's preferences:

• Version with Weight Pockets: Includes a pair of quick-release side pockets to be placed on the waist belt, to eliminate the annoying weight belt and optimize the center of gravity.
• Version without Pockets: For those who prefer a purist configuration or the use of a classic weight belt.
