Technical and Construction Specifications of the Wing (Donut 15 / 17):

• Geometry and Selectable Volume: Double-layer circular cell wing (donut), available with a choice of 15 Liters (35 lbs / 147 N) or 17 Liters. Its oval shape facilitates use in any position, allowing free and symmetrical airflow for immediate trim control.
• Outer Shell: Made from special dirt-resistant Heavy Duty 1000D Nylon, an extremely robust yet soft fabric, designed to resist scratches, cuts, and mechanical damage.
• Inner Bladder: Air cell made of 840 Nylon, a material characterized by high resistance to aging and cracking.
• Inflator Assembly: Equipped with a high-quality 40 cm corrugated hose and a 55 cm Proflex IFLP hose. The corrugated hose is inserted on the left side of the wing to eliminate any interference with the tank; the inflator elbow is structurally reinforced by a wide band ring.
• Dump Valve: Equipped with a low-profile valve featuring a highly visible red ball and special slotted holes to facilitate rapid gas dumping.

1. Tecline Donut Back Wing: Available in 15 liters or 17 liters with an integrated single-tank adapter, ideal for coupling the tank directly and stably to the wing.

2. Plate Material Choice: Depending on your weight, trim, and transport needs, you can select the backplate (3 mm plate) in stainless steel or aluminum.

3. Adjustable DIR Harness: A DIR-style harness that keeps the chest free of clutter and plastic buckles, but integrates the innovative strap adapter. This system allows for millimeter-precise adjustment and tensioning of the shoulder straps to adapt on the fly to different wetsuit thicknesses (wet or dry) and facilitate donning. It comes complete with D-rings, configurable as either fixed or movable.

4. Weight System (Optional): The set can be purchased in two variants:

• Standard version without pockets.
• Accessory version with 2 included side weight pockets, positionable on the waist strap for optimal and secure weight management.

Please note that this item does not include the rigid stainless steel or aluminum backplate (Single Tank Adapter). The wing is designed to function optimally by exclusively utilizing the soft backplate integrated into the Donut's fabric as standard, which allows for direct passage of the tank bands. If you wish to use a rigid metal backplate, it must be purchased separately.
