Classic-shaped spool, made of durable Delrin. Delrin is increasingly used for the production of diving equipment due to its properties of tensile strength, mechanical robustness, and minimal absorption capacity. Compared to standard aluminum reels, it has no corrosion problems. The reel's axle is made of stainless steel. Its shape and structure have been designed for very easy line unwinding both while swimming and while scootering. The unwinding speed can be adjusted by pressing a finger against the reel flange. This type of brake is very effective and never gets lost :-D The reel can be used with both hands, which is very useful during ice diving when hands get cold. The reel can hold up to 60m of 2mm line. Our line is braided with PES fibers with an aramid core. Aramid core fibers are strong and do not stretch.
