The Tecline Side Mount BCD SIDE 16 Avenger Professional (Kevlar) is a complete integrated bladder-harness system, designed specifically for sidemount diving. The "Professional" version differs from standard models due to its extremely durable materials, optimized for intensive use in restrictive and challenging environments (such as caves, wrecks, and commercial diving).

Main Features and Materials

• Kevlar Reinforced Bladder: The air cell features an outer Kevlar shell (combined with 2000D Cordura), designed to provide extremely high resistance to punctures, tears, abrasions, and mechanical damage caused by frequent contact with rock walls or sheet metal.
• Buoyancy: Offers 16 kg (35 lbs) of lift, ideal for the management and hydrostatic support of two cylinders (standard sidemount configuration, both aluminum and steel).
• "Low Profile" Hydrodynamic Profile: The flat, streamlined design reduces water resistance and minimizes the risk of entanglement in tight passages or restrictions.

Ballast System

The system offers flexible weight management, allowing up to a total of 19 kg of ballast to be loaded to optimize trim:

• 4 integrated back pockets: Positioned to distribute the load on the diver's back, slightly offset outwards and downwards to improve hydrodynamic stability (total capacity up to 10 kg).
• Additional pockets on the waist strap: Especially useful for drysuit divers, allowing weight to be shifted towards the lower body.
• Expandability: Compatible with optional additional pocket sets (2 kg and 4.5 kg).

Harness and DIR Configuration

• Simplified Configuration: The harness and bladder form a single integrated unit. It is considered one of the easiest systems to adjust on the market: the shoulder straps and waist strap are adjusted independently and quickly, making it optimal even for instructional or training contexts.
• Stainless Steel Hardware: Equipped with 316 stainless steel D-rings, including movable/sliding D-rings on the waist strap to adjust cylinder positioning during gas consumption.
• Crotch Strap and Beaver Tail: Includes an adjustable crotch strap and a removable lower end plate (Beaver Tail) for anchoring heavy cylinders or accessories.

Note: The kit comes ready for use, including bungees for cylinder attachment and an inflator hose in the package.
