The Tecline R5 TEC2 Regulator Set, available on DIR-STORE, represents the perfect synthesis of the immense structural robustness of the heavy R5 first stage and the hydrodynamic vanguard of the TEC2 second stage. Developed to meet the demands of the most discerning technical and recreational divers, this system offers fixed but perfectly pre-angled port allocation, ensuring linear, clean, and hydrodynamic hose routing. Certified well beyond the strict standards of the European EN250A norm, it ensures exceptionally natural breathing even during deep dives in icy waters.

Technical Features:

• R5 TEC First Stage (Thermal Stability and Sealed Chamber): Made of solid marine bronze and weighing 813 grams, this component acts as an exceptional thermal accumulator against freezing. It utilizes a balanced diaphragm mechanism assisted by a sealed dry chamber and an additional cooling kit. It completely isolates the internal mechanics from ice, mud, and sediment, offering ideal angled port allocation for stable single-tank and twin-tank configurations. It features 4 LP ports and 2 HP ports.
• TEC2 Second Stage (Innovative and Ultra-Efficient): This pneumatically balanced second stage (260 g) implements the exclusive Direct Flow System (DFS). The internal architecture optimizes gas hydrodynamics, minimizing overall breathing effort at any depth, regardless of residual cylinder pressure.
• Anti-Freeze and Mechanical Shielding: Designed to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, the second stage features internal metal mechanical components protected by a non-stick Teflon coating and an integrated heat exchanger at the connection point. The structural polymer casing is shielded at the front by a solid protective stainless steel ring.
• Dual Adjustment and Comfort: Equipped with a micrometric knob for manually calibrating breathing resistance and a lever for controlling the Venturi effect to prevent accidental free-flow on the surface. It is completed with an ergonomic and hypoallergenic silicone mouthpiece for high comfort.
• Total Layout Customization: The set includes the original red Tecline carrying bag and allows for configuring the exact length and compound of the low-pressure (LP) hose, for example, selecting the highly flexible black Proflex ultralight braid at 0.70 m or traditional high-density black Rubber.
