How it works:

Immersion in hot water: The mouthpiece is immersed in hot water (around 80°C) for a few seconds to make it soft and pliable.

Adaptation to the mouth: Once soft, the mouthpiece is placed in the mouth and bitten down firmly with the teeth. It is advisable to suck gently to encourage the silicone to adhere to the shape of the teeth.

Cooling: The mouthpiece is kept in the mouth for a few minutes until it cools and solidifies, taking on the customized shape of the diver's mouth.
